      * Should be sent to The Graduate School Office once complete.
    • Distance Student Certification of Off-Campus/Non-MSU Research Facility
      *Should be created as soon as research is approved and kept in department until paperwork is sent to The Graduate School Office when preliminary examinations are scheduled.
    • Transfer Approval Form
      *Should be submitted to The Graduate School Office as soon as transcript is available so courses can be reviewed and transferred.
    • Admission to Candidacy Form
      *Due to The Graduate School Office along with examination result for preliminary/comprehensive examination.
    • Declaration Announcement of Comprehensive Examination/Defense Form
      * Should be sent electronically to examannouncement@grad.msstate.edu at least two weeks prior to the scheduled exam/defense date.
